Hired SM London to build a new bathroom for us in our loft, and we're really pleased with the results. All the work - plumbing, tiling, installing fixtures - was done to a really high standard. Shaz and his team helped us with several key decisions around sizing of the bathroom, shower, placement of fixtures and doors etc., and were incredibly knowledgeable throughout. They fitted a wetroom-style shower, all new plumbing, fully tiled walls, shower doors, toilet, and sink/vanity unit and mirror. All done really well and we love the space. Great finish, highly recommend Shaz and team.
SM Construction did a full loft conversion for us and it was an excellent experience. Starting from a very detailed quote which they stuck to; to fast and high quality work. The workers were knowledgable and helped us make all the small decisions. They were also very well behaved and respectful of our space which was important as we were living in the house while the work was going on. Have already recommended SM to a few people and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Top quality work at a reasonable price.
This was our first time undertaking such a large scale project and it was a little daunting. From the moment we met with Shaz we knew we had met the right person to take this rebuild on. He was knowledgable, professional and his team (and those that work with him) were all excellent. There was good communication throughout and they worked diligently and respectfully. The work is to a very high-standard and we continue to recieve compliments from those that pass by. We bought a house that hadn't had any work done in a while and did a full reno - 2 bathrooms, loft conversion, garage conversion, knocking through kitchen wall, installing new kitchen, repainting, new heating, new floors, painting, lights, etc the whole shebang. Everything was done on time (16 weeks). Really easy working with Shaz and his team - they were all very polite and friendly, gave useful advice and did a really good job. We're very happy with our new home.
Gutting our house and created two new bathrooms (one on first floor and one in loft). Both are quite large and Shaz helped indicating appropriate measurements/sizes to make best use of the space. Loft conversion for a 1930s semi in Greater London. Shaz and team we're really helpful and efficient. They kept to the original agreed timeline, always communicative about options and potential changes. In particular they noticed that the original plans from our architect were going to lose us a lot of space and they clearly explained an alternative (no extra cost and has worked so much better). Slightly creaky floor but everything else is just right.
Our garage was converted to a utlity room and study - with custom built cabinets in the utility room. The build was completed on time as to expectations that were set and we are happy with the end result.
This was a big job where everything including floors and ceilings were taken out and full rejig of rooms downstairs. This also included the addition of underfloor heating - Shaz worked with us beforehand to understand how we could implement this in the best way. The team worked well to the plans and when any issues arose during the build were quick to communicate them and solve them with us. Gagan led the team and did a great job - he was very professional, polite and friendly. We are happy with the end result and meets what we were looking for.

Company staff were very hard working ,on time at 8.00 am ,all aware what was needed to be done The Boss had issued clear instructions on the daily and weekly tasks ,and a good team of various professionals working alongside each other in Harmony Well ahead of the time of completion by about 4 weeks ,and finally the attention to Details was important as we consider that to be the icing on the cake Very impressed with this company ,as I hear Horror stories of other Cowboys ,However we are glad we chose SM London to do the Job as it Involved a Lot and completed to our requirements.
Following our great experience of a loft conversion, we quickly asked this co. To complete redecorations and refurbishments of the rest of the house inc 3 bathrooms. The work was completed to a high spec, by experts in each area and extremely quickly and the team were considerate of our full house with young family and made sure that we were always comfortable and not put out. Shaz was always there to project manage and give constructive advice as the developers of our new build house had cut a number of corners which SML’s team had to correct and improved beyond expectations.
