Loft Conversion

We bought a house that hadn't had any work done in a while and did a full reno - 2 bathrooms, loft conversion, garage conversion, knocking through kitchen wall, installing new kitchen, repainting, new heating, new floors, painting, lights, etc the whole shebang. Everything was done on time (16 weeks). Really easy working with Shaz and his team - they were all very polite and friendly, gave useful advice and did a really good job. We're very happy with our new home.

Home Renovation & Loft Conversion

Loft conversion for a 1930s semi in Greater London. Shaz and team we're really helpful and efficient. They kept to the original agreed timeline, always communicative about options and potential changes. In particular they noticed that the original plans from our architect were going to lose us a lot of space and they clearly explained an alternative (no extra cost and has worked so much better). Slightly creaky floor but everything else is just right.
