Our Process

After you’ve booked a consultation with us, either online or by calling 07961 817 505, we’ll visit your property to survey its current state and discuss your vision. We'll go over project details like budget, timeline, and planning permission, and will provide detailed answers to any questions you have about the process.

Within seven days of the consultation, we’ll email you a detailed quote outlining costs, timelines, and the next steps.

We’ll schedule a follow-up call to further break down the quote and address any queries you have about it. Once you're happy to go ahead, we'll take a small deposit and confirm the start date within around three days.

Now it’s time for the work itself to begin. Working closely with both you and an experienced third–party architect, we’ll draw up a comprehensive design for your extension, conversion, or renovation. This design will include structural modifications, interior and exterior layouts, fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and all other details.

Don’t fret if there are any aspects you’re not happy with - our designs are completely customisable, so we can adjust them as needed to achieve your ideal vision.

Once you’re happy with the final design and we have a clear plan in mind, we can move onto the bulk of the project: construction.

During the build process, our skilled team will work efficiently yet carefully, minimising disruption while following the latest safety codes. We use only premium materials and uphold the highest quality standards, guaranteeing stunning results in every aspect of your new build.

Throughout the process, we’ll arrange weekly in-person meetings to update you on progress and address any questions, keeping you up to date every step of the way.

As outlined in your quote, payments will be collected weekly to fund construction. Initial payments tend to be higher due to upfront material and structural costs.

Our typical project timeline ranges from three to nine months, with an average completion time of twelve weeks.

Once construction is complete, we’ll do a final clean of the space to remove any leftover debris or equipment, and schedule a walkthrough so you can inspect our work and request any last minute changes.

Before officially turning the space back over to you, we’ll provide a certificate of completion and final payment invoice. As a thank you for your business, we’ll also gift you a £250 welcome home package to help you settle into your newly transformed space

Our work doesn’t end there. Two to three weeks after finishing, we'll return to touch up the paintwork and make any other finishing touches. We'll come back again twelve months later to further touch up the paint and fix any hairline cracks that have developed.
