Complete Home Renovation in Ash Close, Stanmore
In early 2021, Tejas and Sejal had just purchased a new home in Ash Close, Stanmore. They were looking to have it fully renovated before moving in, and took to Facebook to find the right company for the job.
After comparing quotes from various contractors, they settled on SM London Construction, drawn in by the impressive range of projects featured in our property portfolio.
The Project
Our partnership with Tejas and Sejal began in April 2021. We surveyed the layout, discussed their vision, and worked with third-party architects to sketch out detailed plans for the revamped space. Once we had a solid plan of the materials, layout, timeline, and labour required, we presented them with a quote, and they promptly gave it the green light.
When renovating their home, we optimised space by relocating the staircase and adding a new bathroom underneath. On the ground floor, we took out the existing underfloor heating and replaced it with a state-of-the-art system, prioritising both comfort and energy efficiency. Upstairs, we brought in a touch of luxury with new cream carpets that beautifully tied the whole design together.
By combining classic materials with sleek, contemporary fixtures, we were able to achieve the perfect balance between elegance and modernity. Key design elements included:

- Marble slab flooring in living room
- Glass raindrop chandelier over dining room table
- Drop pendant lighting in hallway and bedroom
- Modern white kitchen with black countertops
- Walk-in wardrobe and en-suite in primary bedroom

- Grey marble upstairs bathroom with matching bath

The End Results
We wrapped up the project in October 2021, hitting all our timeline goals. Our adaptable and well-thought-out approach played a key role in our success.
Tejas and Sejal were over the moon with their revamped space, and now gladly spread the word about our services to friends and family.
